We celebrated Father’s Day at The Meeting Plate in Imus, Cavite. Originally, we had plans to dine at Kanin Club in Alabang, but due to heavy traffic between General Trias and Imus, we opted to find a place to eat in Imus since it was already noon.
The restaurant had a simple ambiance, and it wasn’t particularly eye-catching from the outside. What caught my attention, though, was their “mini-boutique” inside, which offered a variety of items like clothes, makeup, makeup tools, shoes, soaps, and more. This was a nice touch, as I had some time to browse around while waiting for our orders.
Now, let’s talk about the food. It was delightful! I found the spicy nachos, chicken wings, and fried chicken to be particularly scrumptious. As for the ribs, they were decent, although I’m not a huge fan of ribs in general. Overall, I’d rate the food a 4 out of 5.
I’m eager to recommend this restaurant to my friends and anyone else looking for a good place to eat. On my next visit, I plan to try their burgers and fries, as I suspect those might be their specialties. 😊🍔🍟
