5 Signs that You’re Not Okay

Depression and anxiety are ubiquitous nowadays due to a lack of self-exposure, lack of people you can talk to, lack of new places and things you can see or go to, lack of knowledge and experiences, lack of contentment, and self-control. And because of that, sometimes we’re experiencing like we don’t know right or wrong. We always started new opportunities but ended up giving up. We don’t strive enough because we want a good result right away, and that’s wrong. It would help if you had effort and hard work in this. Life isn’t easy, no job is easy, and that’s the reality of living. So, I will share the five signs that you’re feeling lost because I have experienced these things until now. I’m still figuring out myself and what career I want to pursue. Confused So many things are happening in our lives now, and we have difficulty grasping everything. Why Am I Blogging?

In your circle of friends, not everyone wants to start a blog. Not everyone loves journaling, but there will always be a 1% chance to have a friend who is fond of journaling or blogging. A journal is your personal space to reflect, share, and write down everything going on in your mind and your life. You write here your day-to-day stories, goals, to-do lists, reminders, ideas, and more. Sometimes, introverted person prefers writing everything in their journal instead of telling it to their friends. Because in the journal, the trust is there that whatever you write, whatever your ideas, whatever your problems, will only remain in your journal. A blog is a modern journal. It is an online journal/diary where you can also express your thoughts, feelings, ideas, information, and more that you want to share with others. However, blogging is commonly a visible publication to gain views/visitors and earn money. To write privately, you can limit your viewers’ settings to invited people only. Blogging and journaling help me in every way possible. Whenever …

It is also an easy way to eat without spending too much time, especially for busy people who don’t have time to cook or are accustomed to eating outside, such as in restaurants and shops. Tokyo Skytea’s Delicious Shawarma

There are days that we are craving something delicious but not that heavy in our tummy. I’ve been craving shawarma since last week. When I was scrolling through my FoodPanda Mobile Application, I stumbled upon a selling shawarma restaurant named the Tokyo Skytea and clicked it right away. While checking their menu, I saw this “Taco & Shawarma Chicken.” Since I am craving shawarma and I love eating Tacos, I gave it a try. The photos below are the Menus that I have got from the Tokyo Skytea Facebook page. I haven’t tried their smoothie; maybe on my next order, I’ll give it a try. The Taco and shawarma and Fries are both affordable. So if you want to eat delicious food without spending too much penny, then this restaurant is perfect for you. Taco & Shawarma Chicken Fries For my final thoughts, we enjoyed eating these foods. I shared it with my brother because their serving is perfect for two people. My brother also likes the taste of their shawarma meat. They perfectly added …

My Asian Face: July Selfie

Before this month ends, I want to have a self-appreciation. I recently used my Instagram filters. It looks so vintage and aesthetic to me, but since it enhances the bright pink color side of a picture, you’ll notice the small pimple on my chin. I’ve been experiencing lately the “mask-ne” or the acne caused by wearing a mask. But it’s not a big deal tho. I have skincare products that would help me get rid of these zits. I am a naturally born pure Filipino. I do have a very Asian face. Small eyes, fuller lips, a small nose, and dark brown eyes (not visible, it looks more on the black side). Taking selfies is my favorite way of appreciating myself. I’m Kima, and I am proud to be a Filipino, I am proud to be an Asian.

10 Reasons To Choose Free Blogging Platform

Last time, I posted on how to start a blog, use the right platforms, problems encountered on blogging, and helpful mobile apps for blogging. In this post, I will share my thoughts regarding why you should choose a free platform over a paid one. My thoughts are my experiences in this field. I have ten reasons to share with you that a free platform is enough for you and your blog, these are: 1. Budget Well, budget is the first thing to consider when it comes to blogging. If you’re a beginner and you only want to try how blogging works, then a free platform is very much recommended for you. 2. Trying things out If you only want to try specific codes or how the themes work, or you just saw a blog, and you want to try it out, then a free platform is very much recommended. 3. Sharing Ideas with the Community Sharing ideas is a fun way to communicate with our friends and family. Using a free platform is a great …

It’s Okay Not to Be Okay.

There comes a time when we’re all fed up, we hate everyone, and we want to disappear in this wicked world, and I felt it too. Sometimes, my past haunts me, and I remember every single detail of pain and regret. How can I ever forget those if I can remember every scenario of my life?  Even just a simple thing can lead to an all-day chaotic mind. I didn’t want it, but how can I even resist if I was born with it? I envy those people who can just let everything slide and think what they want to believe. Those people who don’t overthink a lot and chill and relax without worries; How blessed are they? I entitled this post as It’s Okay, Not to Be Okay because it is customary to encounter bad days. We are just humans who have a lot of challenges and struggles in life. But the most crucial thing in this is that we learn and grow.  Recently, my anxiety has kept on attacking me due to some …

3 Recommended Skincare for Oily Face

Due to the stress and pollution I am encountering, and I needed effective yet mild skincare products to keep my skin healthy and nourished. I don’t usually follow the 10 Steps Korean Skincare of others that include so many different kinds of products with different uses. Maybe one of the factors is that I don’t use, wear, or apply makeup every day, so I don’t need to do heavy wash or whatever to do to my face, to make it clean and clear. I will share with you my most used skincare products this month of July. Every month I have a skincare set favorite that I might feature on my blog posts. So for this month, my skin is in love with Simple Skincare Products. I use these three products every day which helps me to achieve the cleanliness, smoothness, and control oil that I’m aiming for. Oil Be Gone Micellar Water A daily skin detox makeup remover to some, but I use it as a cleanser because it is gentle and mild on …

2 Best Online Courses Platforms

During the pandemic season, our travel adventures are affected, and as a result, we spend most of our time at home with our loved ones. Spending a lot of time at home is crucial because it’s time-consuming. After all, I felt so unproductive and boring. Since I was planning for my career change, I stumbled on these two platforms that caught my attention. I’m not saying that these two platforms are the best among others, but instead, these two helped me choose the career that I am aiming for. I enrolled in the Writing Your First Novel course by David Wheeler at Coursera and a Blogging for Beginners course by Tyler Speegle at Udemy. These two are free unless you buy their certification. (I’m still planning if I will get a certificate or not) I have a challenging journey with my career, but I will not give up until I become successful.

My thoughts for a Career Change

Hello everyone, I hope you are all well despite this heavy rainy season. I am currently on the edge of planning to change my career. I will do a separate post about it. So now, I’m attending free online courses and still planning on getting the paid online classes for my career. Recently, I started enrolling in Coursera on writing a novel course. I want to learn new things that I know I am competitive and passionate about applying and developing my character. Writing is one of my outlets in this painful world. I’m still focusing on finding the path that is meant for me to be successful and stable. I still envy those people who can do anything in any field without struggling because they are naturally born geniuses. (Sana all) Planning to enroll in the Google IT Support courses, and I applied for Financial Aid. They will email me after 15 days upon application if I am eligible or not. I will still share my career change journey and the dos and don’ts …
